New Years Eve...Eve...

With tomorrow night being the night that you're suppose to go out and have THE BEST NIGHT OF YOUR LIFE...I chose to sit at home with Mr. Wonderful and the puppies...watching movies, feasting (since we're both going on a diet come January 2nd), and avoiding drunk drivers. With the wedding less than 5 months away we want to "arrive alive" to it, plus the party is wherever Mr. W and I are.
To be quite honest, I'm glad we decided to stay in.

As usual I will write my personal and professional goals for 2011 tomorrow, improving my fitness and dropping some L-B's will make the list as usual, but some very important ones will make the list this year...you're just going to have to wait and see what 2011 brings to find out. I'll give you a hint to one of them...rhymes with het warried. :)

Thankful Givings...

Well...it's Turkey Day Eve and I COULD NOT BE MORE EXCITED!!!!! Not only is my friend and Maid of Honour, Skippy, coming into town but tomorrow is a day to Feast and be Thankful and I will partake in both thank you very much.
Drew is frying a turkey, I'm making an apple pie and fried pickels and our friends are bringing the rest of the trimmings to our "minister" Shawn's house! I say "minister" because he is Drew's best friend who will be marrying us in 177 days. Too early to count sleeps...plus there may be some sleepless nights ahead because of much Annnn....tica....PAYtion...(name that movie).
I created a mock up of our wedding invitation which got me even MORE EXCITED about everything...need to break out the crafting table for this one.

Mum, Dad and Walter will be coming soon and Christmas is peaking out from around the corner...must think of some great gifts this year...it's a big one.

Slow and Steady....

Well this is where it will all be documented...want to take a peek into our life...this is where you may find up to date information about our lives that we're starting together. The big day is May 20th, 2011 and we couldn't be more excited...Melissa probably more so than Drew you would think but my guess is that we're pretty even on the excitement level. The whole wedding planning process is a bit daunting but manageable with a little help from our friends at Miramonte...where we are wine club members.
Updates may be few and far between for now but maybe as the date approaches there will be more news to post and exciting stories to tell!
